The RCFAPA has assembled several items for you to view regarding foster and adoptive parenting in Richland County. We have several links that will direct you to relevant services, and information including; how to become a foster or adoptive parent in Richland County.
We will be adding and updating information on an ongoing basis and hope you will help us to become a stronger vital part of the community.
We are an educational, recruiting and advocacy organization for foster and adoptive parents in Richland County. We benefit our members by pooling our resources to create a unified voice for issues relevant to foster and adoptive parents. Our open enrollment for any licensed foster or adoptive parent in Richland County is from January to March each year.
The RCFAPA is a 501c3 registered non-profit organization. Donations are tax deductable (consult your tax advisor for applicable rules). We also develop several fundraising opportunities throughout the year to help us achieve the goals of the association.
